Governors' Policy on the Use of Cameras in School

IMPORTANT CHANGES - PLEASE READ

At its meeting on July 2nd, the Governing Body launched a new permit scheme for parents and other visitors who wish to use cameras, videos and mobile phone cameras in and around the school (at events and functions).

The key points to this scheme are:

NO PARENT/VISITOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE CAMERA EQUIPMENT UNLESS

They have completed the application form (supplied to parents or available here online

Are in receipt of a signed, numbered photography permit

If you want to take photos at the end of term events eg Joseph you MUST return the application forms as soon as possible to the school office.

Parents are reminded that this scheme has been developed to protect children after extensive consultation. There will be no exceptions to the scheme, and parents using camera equipment without a permit will not be tolerated.
